NC LLC ANNUAL REPORT FILING

Service Description

The annual fee to remain Current-Active with the state of NC is $200, there is a $3 fee for e-file and we charge $85 to complete the filing for a total of $288. You will receive an invoice in the amount of $288.00 (fee of $203 due to the State of NC and $85 fee due to Positive Motivation LLC) to the email address you provided. Your payment secures your service and confirms your date on the calendar for completion. Non payment cancels your service and scheduled appointment. Missed appointments can be rescheduled once. There will be no full refunds. Only a partial refund for the fee Positive Motivation LLC charges to complete the filing of $35 can be given if you decide not to reschedule your appointment. $50 fee will be retained for administrative fees and for the appointment that someone else could have booked.
